Imagine for a moment, your Soul, is just like a garden? What would it look like? Would it be weedy, would it be barren, maybe overgrown? What would happen if you weeded your Soul Garden? Took out all the overgrown stuff, tilled the soil, and really got your hands into it? Smell the soil, feel its dampness… Now the soil is ready and you can plant the seeds you choose! The seeds of all your dreams and desires, the seeds of peace, joy and love, the seeds of gratitude. What if you took a few minutes every day to nurture those seeds, sprinkle them with light, water them and sing to them? How would your Soul Garden begin to look? What if by giving your love and nurturing to these seeds, they grew?
What if your… Seeds of the Soul blossomed and bloomed into the most glorious garden in your life?
What if your Soul Garden sprang into the life you have always dreamed of and wanted?
What are these seeds?
Miracle – this is how we describe a seed. Henry David Thoreau.
This is what a seed is. A seed is every thought we have and every word we say. The seeds are the things we most want in our lives. The question is always – What seeds are we planting by giving our attention to them? Begin to notice your seeds. What seeds are you planting again and again? What seeds are sprouting? Are they the seeds you would like to see sprouting? Do you need to replant your garden? So how do we grow the seeds we want? The best advice I have every received when it comes to seeds is this… “Seedlings are like children and puppies, they need constant attention.” This is so true. If you do not continue to nurture your seeds with love and light, they will wither and die. They will be taken over by weeds or be left barren.
The secret of growing your seedlings is light. Lack of light is the no.1 reason that seedlings become week and souls become discouraged. Bring light to your seeds often. And remember, nature has designed your seed to grow; you and your seed have the same goal.
What do we do about the weeds?
Weed ‘em and reap!
You are starting to see the flowers bloom, now is not the time to let the weeds take over. The thoughts that will try and bring you back, the old habits and self sabotage are the weeds in your Soul Garden. Whatever it is we don’t love becomes a weed. So bring more light and more love to the weed, they will either disappear, as the light will not serve them, or they will become a flower. Every weed is simply a flower that has not found its purpose or potential yet
. Would you like to become the Gardener of your own Soul? The Master of your Destiny? Because whether you choose it or not, each Soul is the Creator of their own Universe. Is it hard? No! Gardening is simply about enjoying the smell of things growing in the soil, getting dirty without feeling guilty and generally taking the time to soak up a little peace and quiet.
May all the seeds you plant in your Soul, be planted in love and light, and may your garden always blossom in abundance.
Oh and… When the sh*t hits the fan…. It’s just fertilizer.
Give it a try, I think you’ll be surprised
from my soul to yours
with love
